LG announced Optimus 3D cube ahead of the Mobile World Congress 2012. Optimus 3D Cube is the successor to LG Optimus 3D. The handset runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, the phone is also equipped with LG’s Custom UI. In comparison to Optimus 3D , the handset is much thinner and has reduced weight. Powered with 1.2 Ghz Dual core processor ,the phone features a 4.3-inch glass-free 3D IPS display, dual 5 mega pixel camera to take 3D shots and 1080p videos, 16 GB of onboard storage with expandable upto 32 GB. It measures 126.8 x 67.4 x 9.6mm and weighs 148 gms.
The handset comes with built-in NFC technology with LG Tag+ Compatibility.There is no official announcement regarding the price of the Gadget but it will be updated soon. The phone will be launched first in South Korea on SK Telecom in the month of March and it will also be featured at MWC 2012 later this year.
